A new challenge for the beaders - Eyes of Owl DIY Beading tutorial

For me, writing is always a challenge and so is making a pattern.
So this time it comes together - this tutorial is for intermediate to advanced beaders.
Long time ago I made these earrings:

Later, I was asked by one of  my customers if I could make a pattern for it.
Well, it took me a while, actually, even longer  - but after all it was ready.
So about a week ago I just uploaded it to my etsy shop and I invite the beaders among you who is looking for a challenge - try making these earrings.

Golden drop dangle earrings

Yes !!! I'm so glad that these handmade dangle earrings of my new own design became the top seller for this Holiday season.

I'm happy and proud of myself. The idea for these earrings came to my head while I was on my road-trip and saw the golden wheat fields through the drops of the rain on my windshield. So when I was back to home - I just made it, went to my backyard to take some pictures of it and wow - these earrings rock !

And again - thank you mother nature for the inspiration.

Psst... I still have a few pairs of these earrings in my shop.

How I made my first beading pattern - Native American Style earrings

Soon after I have designed  these earrings I was asked to create the pattern for it.
Well, it was a real challenge to me. I had to learn how to use Inskape and how to take pictures of beading process. After a month of hard work the patter was ready.

The pattern contains full step by step instruction with clear and detailed colored illustrations and is for intermediate to advanced beaders. It is available at my Call of Earth Etsy shop.

Although, the Inkscape is still a challenge to me, I decided to create more beading patterns and currently I'm working on the pattern for lovely, beadwoven bracelet.
